15s threshold

I’ve been training for I’d say a year now. I’d say I’m a good fighter, of there’s things I need to work on. I tend to drop my hands still sometimes. Mainly when I get tired, but still. And ik I don’t rotate my arms (I get nervous and don’t want to hit my partner too hard)
I about 6’3, 160-165. What are some good skills to work on as a taller fighter? I really wanna improve my defense greatly. Finding/keeping range.
Any drills, videos, ect would help greatly. I can also post a few of my sparring rounds
