I’ve just started preparing for the GMAT. I bought the Official Guides and recently started practicing from those books along with questions from GMAT Club. I took a demo/mock test and scored 450. My target is around 650–700, and I’m planning to take the exam in August. Right now I’m unemployed, so I can dedicate a good amount of time to studying. But I’m honestly confused about how to structure my preparation. Some things I’m struggling with: How long should I spend on each topic before moving on? In what order should I study Quant, Verbal, and Data Insights? How do I know when I’ve “mastered” a topic? Should I focus more on concepts first or jump into practice questions? How many hours a day is realistically effective? Currently I’m using: GMAT Official Guides GMAT Club questions I’d really appreciate advice from people who improved from a lower starting score to 650+ or 700. Is it realistically possible to make that jump within about 2 months if I study consistently?…
