Missing quality of life improvement: Existing mechanic: As many of you may know, Lava blocks underground belts and pipes (unlike water and oil). The problem: When placing a blueprint over an area with lava using ctrl+shift+click, the blueprint will be placed down fine and will be built with foundations. However, underground pipes and belts will be broken if they are at a location that contains lava: you need to manually add foundations to the lava there to fix the issue. You can't really have the foundations be part of the blueprint very easily, as finding a massive enough continuous lava lake for city block size blueprints is challanging. The quality of life feature: When placing blueprints that contain underground belts and pipes using ctrl+shift+click, foundation blueprints should be placed on any lava that blocks underground pipe/belts. This meshes well with ctrl+shift+click tending to "just make blueprints work" reguardless of existing terrain or structures.…
