I (29yo) have quickly picked up how to work admin things, but I'm the Accounting and Project Manager - not IT. Since the default of all lists is Recently Viewed, there would be mass panic on Monday when 200+ people log into the new site and see "nothing" in their Services/Leads/Accounts/Contacts...
