Luxury fashion brand Chrome Hearts was not happy about this, and sued the legendary singer-songwriter and the band last fall. Now, they've dropped the lawsuit. According to Billboard , a court filing from today shows that the company said it would voluntarily dismiss the case against Young and the other members of the band. There was no indication of whether a settlement had been reached or if it had just been dropped. The brand's trademark lawsuit claimed that the band name would cause confusion and "violates Chrome Hearts' valuable intellectual property rights."
