A cross-dressing “neighbor from hell” who has been wreaking havoc in the halls of a Bronx apartment complex was arrested after allegedly harassing his neighbor and her son. Anthony Orozco was taken into custody at his Williamsbridge apartment on Friday around 5:45 p.m., police said. The ordeal was caught by the doorbell camera of his fed-up neighbor and purported victim of the recent rampage, Leiona Celemente. She has an order of protection against him.
