Okay so I've heard that for chest work decline push ups are a good option for lower chest, and that dips (or any push up that allows your chest to go lower than your hands) is also pretty good. So would it be effective to elevate my feet while holding onto small bars on the floor that allow my chest to go even lower? I tried out 10 of them already and it definitely feels much harder than one or the other, but is it more effective?
This is also about if it's possible to keep good form doing it, or if the way your have to move will put your form out of alignment. It's hard to tell on my own so any advice is appreciated!
