A shopping center near Summerlin has been sold for nearly $40 million, with the buyers landing a fully occupied plaza along a busy thoroughfare. Las Vegas real estate investors Hamid “Henry” Moradi and Dariush Imani acquired Peccole Plaza, at the southwest corner of Charleston Boulevard and Durango Drive, for $38.6 million. The sale closed last month, property records show. Peccole Plaza spans around 162,000 square feet, occupies 17 acres, and features Kohl’s, Guitar Center, Golf Galaxy and other tenants. Moradi, founder of Paramount Engineering & Development , confirmed that he and Imani, co-owner of Paramount, bought the plaza from the family of the late Bill Peccole, developer of Las Vegas’ Peccole Ranch community. Lucescu Realty announced that it represented the seller in the deal and that the plaza is 100 percent leased. Moradi said that the shopping center is in a great location at the “entry” to Las Vegas’ Summerlin community and that tenants want space in the busy corridor along Charleston.…
