A woman in Fairhope, Alabama seeks $2 million in damages after being acquitted of charges for wearing an inflatable penis costume at a rally in protest against President Donald Trump . According to AL.com , the Fairhope resident, 62, was arrested after wearing the costume during a “No Kings” Rally last October. Since her acquittal on April 15, she seeks monetary damages, a formal apology, acknowledgement that the arrest was unlawful and additional training for the Fairhope Police Department, and a requirement for new hires to take a U.S. citizenship test. Video from the arrest for disorderly conduct shows that Gamble was tackled to the ground.
