i work at a dog facility for over two years

for this entire time, and for all employees, they have been taking our 30 minutes unpaid break off our paychecks even if we do not take it

I’m pretty sure this is illegal??

and a lot of the time in my position (a host) I have no one to even cover my break even if I wanted to take it!

im extremely annoyed because I have over two years of pay stolen from me

I’m not sure what I should do as I cannot afford legal fees and such
