Hi All - So I have an interesting agentforce use case and curious to hear thoughts if it is doable. So the idea is that accounts in salesforce have order details. This is some summary fields at the account level and then underlying order and order line records. The ask is to use agentforce to identify accounts that are out of sync from there normal ordering pattern. The example is you have a client that normally orders at a regular cadence and you want to flag the accounts that are out of sync to reach out to. Very cool use case. But the question is how do you solve this with agentforce. The first idea I had which in my mind might hit some limits / be impossible is a screen flow that calls an agent and then the agent provides a list of all irregular accounts. My concern here is that this could be 500-1000 accounts at once so the volume of data being fed is rather large and my concern is I would hit limits or it would take a very long time to run.…
