“I quit a good job due to night shift and now I regret it. Did I mess up ?” I am 19 years old and I have recently completed my bachelor’s degree. To be honest, I don’t have any skills and knowledge in anything i just managed to complete my degree. My grades is so bad that i don't wanna write here So recently I gave an interview at a company through a friend’s referral. I didn’t have much hope, but luckily, I got selected. They offered me a paid internship with a stipend of ₹10,000, which I felt was quite good for a fresher with no skills. They also told me that if I performed well during the internship (around 2–3 months), they would hire me permanently and increase my salary to around ₹15,000–₹20,000 based on my performance. Everything about the company was great—the work environment was friendly, there was no unnecessary pressure, and they even provided cab and food facilities. Overall, it was a very good opportunity. However, the job was in a night shift.…
