(REUTERS) At least three passengers have died, and several others are ill, after an outbreak of Hantavirus is suspected on a luxury expedition cruise ship in Cape Verde in the Atlantic, leading to an international health response and concerns about a possible human-to-human transmission of the virus. MV Hondius is the name of the ship, which was voyaging from Argentina to Cape Verde, when passengers began showing signs of a serious respiratory disease. There were about 150 people from more than 20 countries on board.
