PHILADELPHIA — The Knicks are playing it cautiously. OG Anunoby (right hamstring strain) is out for their Game 4 clash against the 76ers Sunday afternoon at Xfinity Mobile Arena as they look to finish off a series sweep . He also missed the Knicks’ Game 3 win on Friday with the injury. He is still considered day-to-day and the Knicks have been optimistic that he won’t miss much time. Imaging revealed that it is a “very minor” strain , The Post’s Stefan Bondy previously reported. Knicks wing OG Anunoby was injured during Game 2. Anunoby suffered the injury during the fourth quarter of the Knicks’ Game 2 win — he came up short while driving to the basket and began limping.
