According to a criminal complaint seen by Complex and filed on April 17, the Detroit rapper (real name Jeremy Christopher Ford), who is accused of opening fire inside a Houston restaurant earlier this month, is facing federal gun charges after investigators say the incident was caught on surveillance video. Authorities say that Ford, whose official charge is being a felon in possession of a firearm, was jumped at a restaurant on Kirby Drive in Houston on the evening of April 8. Reportedly, several people approached him and appeared to grab his necklace and watch, leading to a scuffle.
