Just weeks after celebrating Nike’s Air Max Day with two special-edition versions of the Air Max 95 Big Bubble , the University of Oregon ’s Ducks of a Feather (DOAF) NIL initiative is back with another limited-edition sneaker, and this one will be even harder to get. For the latest DOAF sneaker, the two labels have partnered with GOAT Group’s Flight Club for an exclusive launch of the Nike G.T. Future .  Dubbed “Metallic Nova,” the Foamposite-like design features a color-shifting pattern that changes from yellow to green and gold depending on how the light hits it. And not only does the iridescent style reference the colors of the Ducks teams, it also serves as a nod to the mallard duck, one of the Pacific Northwest’s most abundant animals. The overall look is reminiscent of the Nike Air Flightposite’s original Metallic Gold colorway, which last received a reissue in 2024.  Along with the unique colorway, one of the biggest draws of the upcoming DOAF x Nike G.T.
