In Morocco, these are called "Qutban" – succulent skewers packed with aromatic spices and fresh herbs. Ingredients: • 2kg Beef, cut into small cubes (perfect for skewers) • 3 Red onions, finely chopped • 1 large bunch of Fresh herbs (Dill, Fennel fronds, and Parsley), finely chopped • 2 tbsp Turmeric • 1 tbsp Cumin • 1 tbsp Ground Ginger • 1 tsp Paprika (optional, for color) • Salt and Black Pepper to taste • 3 tbsp Olive Oil Instructions: Place the beef cubes in a large mixing bowl. Add the finely chopped red onions and fresh herbs. The onions and herbs are key to keeping the meat juicy on the grill. Sprinkle the turmeric, cumin, ginger, salt, and pepper evenly.
