I am 29 turning 30 this year, and want to set some goals to accomplish by my 30’s. I am married, no kids currently, and own a home. What’re some realistic goals I can set? Current state: HHI: $185k. I make $97k she makes $88k - Home owner ($345k left on mortgage, been in for 1 year so far). Contributing $200/month to principal. - 401k: $30k, contributing 15% per check. About $1200 monthly contributed. - Taxable Brokerage: $42.5k, joint with myself and wife. We don’t touch this and acts as a second emergency fund.
