Gili Trawangan in Indonesia topped the list, followed by Egypt’s Red Sea destinations like Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada. The results highlight Asia and East Africa as leaders in reliable swim conditions, with few Caribbean entries and none from the U.S.  As wellness travel continues to boom , travelers are increasingly planning trips around experiences that feel restorative rather than itinerary-packed.
