We wait until we get that award. We wait until we feel "fulfilled". But have you ever stopped to question the fact that the grand feelings we expect to experience are often not so different from how we feel now? How much of your life have you spent waiting? I will use a recent situation of mine. I had exams, and I won't lie— they were stressful. Having to sleep by midnight,or sometimes even 6.a.m, only to wake up at 10 am. Definitely not the aesthetic "8 hours of sleep" lifestyle. During that period, I kept anticipating the day exams would finally end. I imagined how I would feel— the thought of freedom and comfort. Well, the day finally came. Of course, I was happy exams had ended. But the feeling came and went.…
