Vanesa from Vermont took home $240,150 and a “mother-daughter trip” to Morocco, marking the largest prize won in a single pricing game in the game show’s 54-year history, according to the network. This beats the previous record of $210,000 which was scored in a single pricing game of Cliffhangers set in 2016. The historic win was made during a game of “The Lion’s Share,” a new game that debuted this season that challenges contestants to guess the prices of grocery items to earn up to five balls. Vanesa made the bold choice of risking it all to continue through the game. “As a retired vet, this is huge for me,” Vanesa told host Drew Carey on the show.
