On April 1, 1976, Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne established Apple Computer, Inc with a clear vision: change the way people view computers by making them small enough to have in their homes. It was this simple idea that would spark a fifty-year journey, revolutionising our relationship with technology and design forever. The Macintosh, iMac, iPod and the pocket-sized pièce de résistance , the iPhone, each became a product that reflected (and in some cases, defined) the era it was born into.
