I recently picked up a 1969 Bach 37. I’m at work right now but I think the serial number is in the 38k-39k range.

I’m not an expert on Bach history - but I expected it would have a “corporation “ bell. It does not… there is no “ corporation” printed on the bell.

The lacquer does seem to match the rest of the horn - but is it possible this bell is a replacement? Or is that historically something that you might see… a bell without “corporation” printed on it?
