I used to sling some hash as a short order cook back when the snakes used to walk. Nobody worried about teflon then. We used small 6 or 8 inch skillets to do over easy eggs. Can anyone recommend a modern, non toxic skillet that you can flip a couple of eggs with without them floating in oil? I've tried both ceramic and stainless with not good results. Thanks
