Phone system for small non profit ETA 2: I am trying to improve the workflow quality of life for employees and improvement in connection with clients I work for a small nonprofit veterinary clinic. And the phone system is awful. It’s through comcast. When I came to work there, I turned off the option of voicemail except for one line for Pharmacy refills as we were getting 100 voicemails in a 24 hour period and it was taking four and five hours to try to check and return calls and it was a hot mess. currently the system looks something like this: Callers get an initial greeting with instructions to press different lines for informational messages One option goes to medicine refills, which does have voicemail and the greeting says we won’t return calls about appointments.
