So I have a Gen 2 chromecast but I believe this is issue/question irrelevant to the hardware. I am looking for a video player for my laptop which can boost the audio of the video. I have a few videos which have very low audio and when casting via VLC or even plex, I find I have to boost tv volume to max just to make the sound across my small room. Is there a way to boost the volume? Jellyfin has a setting which can boost the volume somewhat but not by much. I have a weak laptop so I don't wish to re encode all the videos with handbrake as it will take ages to do that. Any options? submitted by /u/realxeltos [link] [comments]
