One UI 8.5 only went stable six days ago . Samsung is already moving on. The company officially launched the Samsung One UI 9 beta this week. It’s open to Galaxy S26 series users in six countries. According to Samsung’s press release , the beta is available in Germany, India, Korea, Poland, the UK, and the US. Those are the same markets Samsung uses for every major One UI beta rollout. Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra owners in those regions can apply through the Samsung Members app. One UI 9 is built on Android 17 and brings changes across a handful of areas. Samsung Notes picks up new creative tools, including decorative tapes and more pen line styles. The Contacts app now links directly to Creative Studio, so you can make personalized profile cards without jumping between apps. The Quick Panel gets more flexibility too. Brightness, sound, and the media player are each independently adjustable, with more size options available. What Else Is New Accessibility gets some attention as well.…
