(Express photo by Rana Simranjit Singh) Two back-to-back blasts near critical security establishments within hours of each other triggered panic in Punjab with DGP Gaurav Yadav on Wednesday linking it to the Operation Sindoor anniversary saying it could be part of Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI’s designs to cause disruptions in the border state. The first explosion happened around 8 pm on Tuesday outside the Border Security Force’s Punjab Frontier headquarters in Jalandhar , while the second blast occurred three hours later, at around 11 pm, near the Army camp in Amritsar’s Khasa village, less than 20 km from the International Border with Pakistan. No casualties were reported in the two incidents. Security agencies cordoned off both the sites, collected samples for forensic examination with police saying that an investigation into both incidents is underway.…
