Maddie Brewer has signed with Verve for representation, Variety has learned exclusively. She continues to be repped by Fourth Wall Management. Brewer is the creator, writer, and animator behind the Adult Swim series “CHIPS.” The show premiered in October 2025 and will be in competition at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival in June. The series is described as action-comedy that follows Chip, a Venice Beach girl with a penchant for extreme violence. Brewer is also behind the short film “BurgerWorld,” which is set inside a sentient fast food empire. That film premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in 2025. Popular on Variety Brewer is currently a storyboard artist and writer on “Regular Show: The Lost Tapes,” a revival of the original “Regular Show.” “The Lost Tapes” just launched on Cartoon Network on May 11.
