Anyone else hate sending payment reminders? It feels so awkward I'm a freelancer and I genuinely dread chasing clients for payment. It always feels awkward and a bit unprofessional, even when the invoice is overdue. How do you guys handle this??? Do you have any good systems, scripts, or tools that make it less painful? Or do you just send the awkward emails and hope for the best?
