My boyfriend is in the process to get into one university in Korea. For that, but, he needed to submit his TOPIK grade certificate by 18:00, 29th, may, by email. The TOPIK certificate of the test he took came from 15:00, on 29th, may. That means he had 3 hours. But as you know, it was too hard (almost impossible) for him to get it on the TOPIK website. He kept trying to access the web page for 3 hours, but he couldn't because of the server crowded. As soon as it was 18:00, TOPIK website made the detour page for checking grades. So he could get and submit it to the univ by email at 18:10, which is risky because they said we have to be on time on the admission guideline. Do you think they will accept his submission..? Of course, he explained he couldn't access when he sent email to them........ He is too worried about that to do anything now... By the way, I wonder when they'll finally improve the website. It seems to have the same heavy traffic issues every time results are released.…
