I'm curious what others are seeing with Agentforce adoption now that Slack AI, Claude/OpenAI connectors, and the newer “co-worker” style experiences are becoming more integrated into the Salesforce ecosystem. We’ve been evaluating Agentforce use cases and building out some early agent concepts, but lately I’m questioning whether the market is shifting away from standalone/custom agents and more toward: - Slack as the primary AI interface - conversational copilots - lightweight workflow execution - retrieval/search/summarization - connectors into Salesforce and enterprise systems Especially now that some AI functionality appears to be getting bundled more directly into the platform experience, I’m wondering if it still makes sense to invest heavily in dedicated Agentforce architecture/licenses versus redirecting budget toward Slack + AI integrations. For those further along: - Are you still actively building Agentforce agents? - Are users actually adopting them?…
