It's a point worth closer examination. Statistically, the Spire Motorsports drivers rank behind alliance partner Hendrick Motorsports in the championship standings. They have been relevant seemingly every Sunday afternoon, and are looking, at this time, to be in position to put one or two -- if not all three -- drivers in the Chase.
