I recently sued my ex GF / Tenant and won in court. $3400. She paid me $1,500 so far but I do not anticipate her paying the remainder any time soon.

Some articles I read say their isn't much you can do besides be patient and hope for the best. Others say that I can have courts garnish wages and put lein's on assets.

The only notable asset she has is some mineral rights in another state. Is that even considered an asset? Idk.

I would love to hear anyones advice or personal experiences.
