TMS has changed my life I just finished my 35th session of TMS, specifically iTBS (Theta Burst Stimulation). I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder at 12 years old (I am currently 20) and have been through countless treatments and medications that have helped but just not enough to improve my quality of life. I also have BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) and ADHD which makes things a lot harder. My depression has reduced so much after TMS and for the first time in my life, I don’t have that constant feeling of emptiness and hopelessness. I am currently inpatient at a mental health facility and I leave tomorrow, so I am hoping there is a difference in my ability to take care of my apartment in terms of cleanliness which was something I heavily struggle with because of MDD. I cried tears of relief for hours and hours but also sadness knowing I could have done TMS earlier and prevented the years that have been taken off my life because of depression.…
