Former Turnstile guitarist Brady Ebert could potentially be facing life in prison. In April, reports emerged that Ebert, who parted ways with Turnstile in 2022, had been arrested for attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault , and it later transpired that Ebert was said to have run over vocalist Brendan Yates’ father, William, with his car. Now, reports have emerged that the Montgomery County grand jury has upgraded the charges on Ebert to include attempted first-degree murder. Ebert was indicted on Thursday (April 30), where attempted first-degree murder was among the charges levied against him, per the Baltimore Banner . As aforementioned, he was previously facing a second-degree murder charge, which could carry up to a 30-year sentence, but a first-degree charge could lead to a sentence of up to life.
