I recently had to set up a completely fresh Plex account and server profile. On my old account, everything worked flawlessly for free. My phone could see the server locally over Wi-Fi and securely via Tailscale without a single issue, zero paywalls. With this brand new account, the issue is strictly isolated to my phone, but it's completely bricked: The Official Mobile App: Completely refuses to discover the server, stubbornly displaying an "Offline" status error. This happens whether Tailscale is turned completely ON or OFF on the phone—even on a pure, direct 10.0.0.x local LAN handshake, the app refuses to connect.
