About a day ago there was a post regarding long-term rice storage. I had an additional question about this brand and the container it comes in. Arborio rice containers are plastic and sealed, obviously they are expensive and there's not as much rice compared to getting a big bag of it. But my question is, are these suitable for long term storage? I'm planning to get bags and put rice in glass jars with some absorbers, but I wanted to see if these would be a good stop gap just to have some on hand.
