A man involved in a forklift incident south-east of Brisbane on Monday has died, authorities have confirmed, marking the second fatality on a worksite in the past week. Emergency services were called to a quarry on West Mount Cotton Road in Sheldon just after 2.20pm to treat a man who had suffered life-threatening injuries.
