JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Area Vice President, Asia Pacific, the Director for Resource Development is a senior leadership role responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure an annual international portfolio of $60-75 million. The role will drive annual revenue growth to enable the vision of the global strategy, “50 for 50” the Asia-Pacific regional strategy and the Global Impact 25, which seeks to triple impact across the region. This is a senior people leader role responsible for leading the Resource Development (RD) team to meet and exceed funding targets and deliver sustainable revenue outcomes across a diverse portfolio, including high net worth individuals, individual giving, corporates, philanthropists, Habitat for Humanity affiliate gifts, and institutional donors.
