My collection has been in the works for about 4 years now. My taste has definitely changed and evolved throughout the process but I've been taking it slow and have been trying to be intentional with each piece. I have only let go of one watch along the way, the Nivada Grenchen Chronoking salmon. Great watch, just was a bit too small for me and I wanted an automatic chronograph. The biggest thing I would say is learning what value means to ME. Finding what I appreciate and what I am willing to spend on this ridiculous hobby In order of acquisition, this is my SOTC: Seiko SPB165: My first watch. This piece is a darling. Now discontinued, this will always be my watch Tissot PRX: This watch was almost on its way out recently. Took me almost selling it and thinking about not having it to realize that I do really love this watch. One of the best under $1k Serica 6190: I love the outdoors and a good adventure.
