Published 9:59 pm Friday, May 29, 2026 Ducks roll through Yale, face Washington in game two of Eugene Regional on Saturday night No. 11 Oregon baseball coasted to a win in its regional matchup with four-seed Yale on Friday night, beating the Bulldogs 14-2 at PK Park in Eugene. With the win, Oregon advances to face three-seed Washington State, who upset two-seed Oregon State earlier Friday. The Ducks and Cougars are scheduled for a 6 p.m. first pitch on Saturday night in Eugene. Yale plays the Beavers in the earlier game, scheduled for 1 p.m., with the loser eliminated from the postseason. Oregon scored three runs in the bottom of the first. By the game’s end, it proved all Oregon needed to win it. For good measure, the Ducks added 11 over the next seven innings they batted in. Redshirt-freshman designated-hitter Naulivou Lauaki Jr.’s three-run home run, his 13th of the year, put the exclamation point on Oregon’s win in the bottom of the eighth.…
