Amazon MGM Studios is parting ways with its head of business affairs, Dan Scharf , amid on overall restructuring of operations at the ecommerce giant’s studio division. Later Tuesday, the company announced that under its new decentralized format, Mandy Schaffer will take over as head of business affairs for global TV and Craig Muhlrad be chief of film business affairs.
