Time from Google Team Match call to offer/decision? Had a TM call with an HM, got an email from the recruiter 15m later stating the HM really enjoyed meeting with me and wanted me to meet with one of their direct reports. Email also asked "if this progresses to an offer, when would you be available to start?" I provided my availability for the next call and availability to start. The call with the HM's direct report was a week later. It went well. Very much an informational call about the team, culture, working habits etc. They had no questions for me. We just chatted for about 40 minutes about past managers, Google vs my current company (both the HM and their direct report are ex-the company I work at now, but from about 6-10y ago), etc. Let the recruiter know when I was done, and was feeling good about it. Recruiter responded saying they're happy it went well and that they would touch base with the team and get back to me soon. It's been 3 days since that happened, and I haven't heard anything yet.…
