A large takeover of the Bay Bridge by dirt bike and ATV riders on Sunday was actually a trap set by the Oakland Police Department. On Monday, Police Chief James Beere held a press conference and said that the plan involved over 100 officers and led to the seizure of over 77 ATVS and dirt bikes, as well as the arrest of seven people, with more along the way.
