The family of fallen rap icon 2Pac Shakur has filed a lawsuit against his suspected killer, Duane "Keefe D" Davis . According to TMZ , the suit was filed by Maurice "Mopreme" Shaku r, the stepbrother of the late rapper, on behalf of the 2Pac estate. Mopreme is the son of late political revolutionary and prominent Black Liberation Army member Mutulu Shakur , who was formerly married to 2Pac’s mother, Afeni Shakur , and died in 2023. Keefe, the only person who has been arrested in connection to 2Pac’s fatal September 1996 shooting, is named along with multiple “John Does” in court documents. The vehicle that pulled up adjacent to the 1996 BMW 7, which Death Row Records co-founder Suge Knigh t drove and 2Pac rode in the passenger seat, contained four male occupants. Although Keefe has admitted to being in the vehicle opposite Knight and 2Pac’s, he has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.…
