It's a laptop that seems destined to capture the market for those who need a stylish, functional machine for minimal amounts of cash. Reports indicate that Apple has ramped up production to 10 million units in response to strong demand, and new market research suggests it will help propel Apple's position in the laptop space to new heights. That would put Apple ahead of computing giant Dell , and behind Lenovo and HP, with projected sales of 43 million and 36 million units respectively.
