Location: Upstate New York

I work retail at a local store. Recently there is a guy who’s been coming in wearing those meta glasses or the Google ones that film. Twice now this guy has showed up, came up to me and attempted to provoke a reaction by asking stupid questions, and one of them has been posted already. I know New York is a one party consent state so I can’t do anything about it in that regard, but I still hate the idea of being filmed like that. I had another incident where I was walking to my car and they were following me around in the parking lot, thankfully not recorded to my knowledge. Is there anything I’d be able to do to get the video taken down and them to leave if they return?
