I have an interview coming up and I'm just struggling on how to phrase this sentence in a way that doesn't make me sound greedy or arrogant. Essentially I want to say "I have enough experience in every aspect you're looking for, therefore I am worth the higher end of the pay range that was listed in the job posting." Idk if they'll ask what my wage expectations are but if they do I want to be prepared. Follow up question, if they don't ask me and just say "we'd like to offer you (the lower end of the pay range)" am I allowed to negotiate after they've offered? And if so how do I phrase that sentence? If it matters, this is for a receptionist position. submitted by /u/linzxorpio [link] [comments]
