Staying in Koh Samui for 12 days and have broken down my gym choices between:
- Wech Pinyo
- Dowden Muay Thai
- Dee Day Muay Thai
Anyone that’s trained at any/all of those gyms, what did you like/dislike about the facility, structure of training, coaches, etc. and which would you go back to?
I’ve been training for about 2 years now and really want to sharpen my defense and technique (Muay Femur) to eventually fight here or back in the US. Also plan on training 2x a day and have already been conditioning and preparing before the trip.
